The middle part of the pineapple has the most ideal flavors between all the pineapple parts! Enough of sweetness, it has a pleasant smell, and in fact the most valuable part of the pineapple, which is called the choice grade!

We separated all the quality Thai pineapples from the selection of selected grade rings and resulted in special compote specialties!
